What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant finds tasks that can be automated, builds the workflow and follows up on what it saves. With us it starts with a list of recurring tasks, then a first workflow is built with a log and human approval. Time saved and errors caught are reported every month, and we recommend switching off workflows that do not pay off.

Explore the work in detail
Much of what is sold as AI today is hard to justify in numbers. As an AI consultant, we automate the tasks where the time saved can be measured, and we follow up on the results every month. You see what each workflow saves, and what it gets wrong.
AI advisory: what is worth automating
AI advisory starts with a list of tasks that recur, take time and follow clear rules. For each one we estimate the time saved, the risk and what your systems need to support it. You get a prioritised list, where the first scenario is the one that gives the most for the least risk, not the one that sounds most impressive.
Why AI comes last
An agent that answers enquiries needs to know which enquiries turn into customers. An agent that writes reports needs correct numbers. Without reliable web analytics, the agent just gets faster at the wrong things. That is why we start with measurement, then search and ads, and leave AI until last.
AI solutions you can measure
We build agents that sort, summarise, draft and book, automation that moves data between systems without manual work, and integrations with your CRM, email, calendar and finance system. We work with Claude, OpenAI and n8n. All our AI solutions have a log, a person at the last step for as long as you want one, and a measure of what they save. The measure is set before the build starts, so you can decide whether to keep, extend or switch off the workflow. We follow the principles in Anthropic’s guide to building effective agents: start simple, and add autonomy only when the simple version works.
AI for your business, within the law
AI for business is as much about responsibility as about technology. Customer data stays in your systems unless you decide otherwise. We choose suppliers whose agreements state that your data is not used for training, and we assess every workflow against the EU AI Act. We do not give legal advice, but we give your lawyer clear material to work from.
What is the difference between an AI agency and an AI partner?
An AI agency usually delivers a project and moves on, while an AI partner stays on and follows up on what was built. The follow-up covers what each workflow saves, what goes wrong and what to build next. We work as a partner, with a monthly follow-up in the same report as your marketing, and with workflows in tools you own, such as n8n on your own server.
What we do not build
We do not build chatbots that replace customer service without anyone checking the answers, agents with access to money, or workflows without a log. The limits are there so that errors are caught before they reach a customer.
Getting started with an AI consultant
An engagement with us as your AI consultant starts with a review of your tasks and ends with a workflow in production that you own. You can read how an engagement runs step by step under the method and how the price of a first workflow is set under pricing.
Do we need an AI strategy before we start?
No. One task that recurs and takes time is enough. AI advisory produces a list of what is worth automating, and the strategy can then grow out of what works in production.
Do you work with n8n?
Yes. n8n suits workflows that you want to own yourselves. It can run on your own server, so your data stays with you.
Compare responsibilities before choosing
| Question | Working with us | Doing it internally | Ask another supplier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Measurement first | Agree the goal and baseline before the work. | Define goals, sources and how to track the outcome. | How will you check the measurement before starting? |
| Accounts and data | Work in your accounts with documented connections. | Assign responsibility for access and documentation. | Who owns the accounts and what is handed over? |
| Follow-up | Agree the measures and responsibilities in the scope. | Allow time to check and improve the work. | What is reviewed, how often and by whom? |
| Price | Fixed quote after review; tools and hosting itemised. | Include staff time, tools and hosting in the cost. | Which costs are included and which are additional? |
| Timing | Agree scope and schedule before starting. | Plan around available skills and team capacity. | What must we supply to keep the schedule on track? |

What it could look like
Demonstration with example data. These scenarios illustrate the approach, not results from client projects.
An inbox that receives forty enquiries a week is sorted, draft replies are written and each enquiry reaches the right person, with a human approving everything that is sent.
An e-commerce company gets delivery and return questions answered from the order system, while complaints go straight to a person.
A SaaS company has support tickets classified and summarised before they reach the team, with suggested replies based on its documentation.
A professional services firm gets a draft quote from its price list after every call, ready for review the same day.
An agency gets monthly reports for all its clients compiled from GA4 and the ad accounts, with unusual changes flagged.
Common questions
What can an AI agent do for us?
It can sort incoming enquiries and suggest replies, draft quotes from your price list, compile monthly reports from your systems and book meetings in your calendar. A person always approves before anything is sent.
What does an AI agent cost?
You get a fixed price in a quote after a review. An AI agent engagement starts with one scenario in production, one system integration and training. We add more scenarios once the first has shown what it saves.
Is our data safe?
Customer data never leaves the systems you already use without an explicit decision. We choose models and vendors, such as Claude and OpenAI, whose contracts state that your data is not used for training, and we document which ones we use.
What is the difference between automation and an AI agent?
Automation follows fixed rules: when A happens, do B. An agent reads, interprets and chooses the next step within limits you set. Most companies need mostly automation and only a few agents, not the other way round.
How do you measure what an AI agent saves?
We measure how long a task takes before and after, how often the agent's drafts are approved without changes and how many errors are caught in review. The figures are reported every month. If a workflow does not save time or reduce errors, we recommend switching it off.
How long does it take to get started?
We set the schedule after reviewing the task, the systems and the access needed. The first engagement is limited to one workflow, so you can assess the result before more are built.

Measurement plan first, marketing second
A measurement plan shows what your marketing delivers. Here are three common ways spend becomes hard to evaluate, and how a shared plan fixes them.
