Data-driven marketing in three steps.
Data-driven marketing means we measure first, choose channels second and automate last. Without measurement you cannot see what ads, search or AI deliver.

Why does marketing strategy start with measurement?
When marketing is measured, you can compare what each part of the budget returns. You see which channels bring customers and which only cost money. The tools, such as Google Analytics 4, are the same for everyone. What matters is that you have agreed on what counts as a result.
What often goes wrong
When measurement tools have been installed at different times, conversions are often counted twice or not at all. On top of that, several ad platforms readily claim the same sale. Decisions based on those numbers go wrong, however skilled the team is.
How we start
Every engagement starts with measurement, even when you want help with advertising, a new site or AI. Sometimes it takes a day. Sometimes the review shows that what you already do works, and then we say so.
Channel selection based on the numbers
This is how data-driven marketing works in practice: the budget goes where the numbers show it works best, in search and advertising or on your website. We follow up every month and move money when a channel stops delivering, without waiting for the next quarter. Once web analytics works, we automate recurring work with AI and automation, and a person approves the final step.
How an engagement runs
- First meeting
You describe the situation, and we say whether and how we can help. The meeting is free of charge and without commitment.
- Review
We go through the measurement you have, from tags to reports. You get a prioritised list of what works, what is counted twice and what is missing. The review is free of charge.
- Quote
You get scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price in one document. What is not in it is not included. No twelve-month agreements.
- Work in your accounts
Everything is built in accounts you own, and we get access during the engagement. Every change is documented so the next person can take over.
- Check before delivery
We test everything against real events before we call it done. Anything that could not be tested is marked as untested in the report.
- Report in three parts
What happened, why, and what you should do next. Every number links to its source, so you can check it.
Before and after
Demonstration with example data. Drag the slider to compare a measurement setup, a search result and a workflow before and after.
Before: four scripts, page views counted twice and no conversions tracked. After: one Google Tag Manager container, server-side tagging, consent first and a source for every conversion.
