# Terms of service

Effective from 2026-10-22

## Scope

Every engagement is described in a written confirmation with scope, deliverables, timeline and price. What is not stated is not included. Changes are confirmed in writing before they are carried out.

## Payment

How and when payment is made is agreed with each client based on the engagement and the client's needs, and is set out in the written confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 30 days. All prices exclude VAT. Late payment interest according to the Swedish Interest Act.

## Ownership

Accounts, containers, code and documentation created in the engagement belong to the client from day one and sit in the client's own accounts. The firm asks for access, not ownership. The firm's methods and templates remain the firm's.

## Client responsibilities

The client provides access to the systems the engagement requires and answers questions within reasonable time. If the engagement is delayed by missing material or access, the timeline moves accordingly.

## Liability

The firm is responsible for carrying out the work professionally. Liability is limited to the price of the engagement and excludes indirect loss such as lost profit. The firm gives no guarantees on search positions or advertising results, as these depend on factors outside its control.

## Termination

Ongoing engagements may be terminated by either party with one month's notice. A started project is invoiced for work performed.

## Disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts with Gothenburg District Court as the first instance.
